Q: Why can’t I withdraw funds after resetting?
A: For security reasons, your account will be restricted from withdrawals for 72 hours after a successful unbinding or reset.

Q: How to answer verification questions? Registration time, nickname, trading pairs, etc.
A: 
i. Registration Time: (Registration typically generates system emails or text messages with a verification code. Please trace back the registration date through such communications. Providing the year and month is sufficient.)
ii. Nickname: (Please answer with the nickname you set for your Webot account. If you didn’t set one, please answer “None”.)
iii. Common device model names: (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro)
iv. Trading Pair with Bot Type: (e.g., Grid Bot ETH/USDT)
v. Account Asset Information: Provide total assets in USD or 2–3 main tokens with amounts (e.g., 5000 USD / 0.5 ETH & 0.1 BTC).

Q: How long does the review take?
