This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Placing trades or orders with the intention of creating artificial price movements or misleading market signals

Order and Trading Conduct

You must not:

  • Place orders with no intention of execution (including placing and cancelling orders to mislead the market)
  • Pre-arrange trades with another party to create artificial transactions or misleading activity
  • Place orders on behalf of, or to assist, another person in circumventing controls or engaging in prohibited behaviour
  • Place simultaneous buy and sell orders that could result in self-trading or artificial execution

You must not:

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to Webot systems, data, or services
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts in a manner that creates unfair advantage or impacts platform stability

This may include:

  • Restriction or suspension of your account
  • Cancellation of transactions or orders
  • Freezing of assets where required
  • Reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
